Our cases

The patient presented here came to us with severe pain in his right lower extremity. He was referred to us by a professor and friend. Initially, our case evaluation didn't convince us that surgery was necessary, and we informed the patient of this. However, after ordering and evaluating additional tests, we were confident we could help him with minimally invasive spinal surgery. We placed an interspinous spacer through a small 1.5 cm incision in the lumbar region, and that was it. Within a few hours, the patient was back on his feet, and the next day he was discharged pain-free. The patient and his family were happy, as was the neurosurgical team.

The images show the patient performing various movements without any limitations, before discharge and the shots from the C-Arm show the small implant placed between L2 and L3.
